Goal
Get users to opt into a new feature on the mobile app’s last screen prior to check-out. The feature, now named FlyBy, allows users to pass quickly through security for an added cost of $20.
Hypothesis
Users will be more likely to opt into FlyBy if:
• The current body copy is condensed.
• A clarifying subheader is added.
• The current copy is revised to become more engaging via humor and specificity.
• The added cost is not announced in the headline, but instead in the body copy (once the benefits of the feature have been presented).
• The current design is revised to establish some visual branding for WingScanner.
Style notes
• Tone should be playful and informal.
• FlyBy should appear as a compound word (no spaces) with a capital F and B.
